ABSTRACTThe topic of this study is "The effects of mother tongue on English majored students of Department of Foreign Languages at Ha Tinh University (Luận văn đại học thương mại) tăng cường quản lý chất lượng công trình xây dựng dân dụng của công ty cổ phần xây dựng và thương mại phú cường in learning speaking skill'.
