Three types of instruments such as questionnaire, the follow-up informal interviews and classroom observations were used. The follow-up informal interviews were carried out with 30 students and 8 teachers. Eleven classroom observations were also conducted during the academic year of 2009-2010 and 2010-2011. Therefore, both qualitative and quantitative methods were employed to analyz Teachers and student attitudes towards the reading texts in new headway a survey at kon tum teachers training college m a 60 14 10 e the findings.The results obtained are as follows:a.Readability received both negative and positive comments from the students and teachers.
