l YEN DONG PHONGHo Chi Minh City - Year 2012-ỉ-ABSTRACTThis study empirically examines the effects of Perceived Tuition on University Sen ice Quality UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS HO CHI MINH CITYInternational School of BusinessDiep Quoc BaoSERVICE QUALITY, PERCEIVED PRICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN HIG (LUẬN văn THẠC sĩ) service quaility, perceived price and customer satisfaction in higher education , luận văn thạc sĩ o explores the moderating role of University Type variable on these relationships. Structural equation modeling was used to test these impacts, utilizing a sample of 612 students in two Public universities and two Noil-public universities.The results indicate that both University Service Quality and (LUẬN văn THẠC sĩ) service quaility, perceived price and customer satisfaction in higher education , luận văn thạc sĩ Perceived Tuition play significant role in predicting Student Satisfaction. In addition. Perceived Tuition not only has a direct impact on Student Sa(LUẬN văn THẠC sĩ) service quaility, perceived price and customer satisfaction in higher education , luận văn thạc sĩ
tisfaction, but also an indirect influence through University Sen ice Quality. Particularly, the effect of Perceived Tuition and University Senice Quality on Student Satisfaction is much greater in Non-public universities compared to that in Public universities.
