TRAN VĂN PHƯỚC IS. rRẪN QUANG HÀIII VÉ, 2022ABSTRACTThe present study investigates teachers' and students' perspectives on MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAININGHI E UNIVERSITYUNIVERSITY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND LX TERNATIONAL STUDIESVO NGUYEN DA THAOAN INVESTIGATION INTO EFL (LUẬN án TIẾN sĩ) AN INVESTIGATION INTO EFL TEACHERS’ AND STUDENTS’ PERSPECTIVE ON FACTORS INFLUENCING ORAL FLUENCY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE UNIVERSITY IN VIETNAMtors that would influence the speaking fluency of EFL students, rhe study was a mixed-method sequential explanatory model (Creswell & Clark, 2007). The data was collected from 45 EFL teachers and 1 15 El i. students at universities in Vietnam by means of a forly-scvcn-item questionnaire.
