This new cataloging code is a set of instructions and guidelines based on a very different conceptual paradigm, the Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR). RDA holds great promise in making library questioning_crime__social_harms_and_global_issues metadata better able to integrate into our larger information environment and help patrons discover and access resources more easily. The shift to aquestioning_crime__social_harms_and_global_issues
